Yea the parade is here I want candy, ooohhhh beads, beads!

The always beautiful, amazing wife and mother of three, college student and soon to be marathon runner, Emily Gilbert says Sup World!!

Morgan, Trent, & Lil' G did most awesome running their first, 5K everyone ran the entire thing without stopping!! Fitnitche 5K number 1.

Little Garry would also like to say hello to the world!!

Jump, jump!! Trent being the first to try our newest piece of workout equipment!

Morgan says hello world! And learns a little about blogging and how much fun it is!!
